Terms of Service

CrizMark AI LLC ("CrizMark AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered financial services platform that provides credit repair, tradeline marketplace, and commercial credit building services. Our platform uses artificial intelligence technology to assist consumers with analyzing credit reports, generating dispute letters, matching tradeline options, and building business credit profiles.

By accessing or using CrizMark AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

To use CrizMark AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify CrizMark AI of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or fraudulent information.

CrizMark AI offers three subscription tiers, each billed monthly:

• Essentials — $49.99/month: Credit Repair services, 50 AI messages per day, basic document management.
• Pro — $139.99/month: Full Credit Repair + Tradeline marketplace access, 200 AI messages per day, priority support.
• Enterprise — $299.99/month: All services including Commercial Credit building, unlimited AI messages, dedicated support.

7-Day Trial: All new subscriptions begin with a 7-day trial period for $1.00. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate for your selected tier unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize CrizMark AI to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support at support@crizmark.com for refund requests.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRIZMARK AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRIZMARK AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO CRIZMARK AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CrizMark AI LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant CrizMark AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-generated content (dispute letters, analysis reports, credit recommendations) produced by the Service is provided for your personal use in connection with the Service. You may use such content for its intended purpose (e.g., sending dispute letters to credit bureaus).

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without prior written consent
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service to third parties
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Upon termination, we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, by posting the updated Terms on this page and notifying you via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
